There are different rates for each available space within the venue.
Weekday/weekend and rehearsal/performance rates apply.
Public holidays will incur extra costs.
All prices will be outlined when a booking for the theatre is made.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
When hiring the auditorium the price includes:
- Studio 1
- Change Rooms
- Use of in-house theatre lighting and audio equipment
- Air Conditioning
- Foyer Area
Extra costs are involved if you would like to hire additional rooms/spaces or external audio, visual or lighting equipment. If your event requires any of the following please contact us for more information.
The foyer can be used to sell tickets and merchandise.

Ticketing systems are not supplied with theatre hire but if you would like to sell
seating tickets for your event we recommend use of TryBooking - www.trybooking.com

PLEASE NOTE: The template can only be opened within the Trybooking website - when you open it will just look like code. Please save it to your computer and upload it within Trybooking.
To add template to your account: go to your Account Dashboard > Configuration (section) >
‘Venue templates’, where it says ‘To upload a venue template, click here’ > click the ‘here’ link, a pop-up box will appear (‘Upload Venue’) > choose the downloaded template file from your computer and it will automatically add our venue details and seating map to your TryBooking account.
The hirer must hold public liability insurance of no less than $10,000,000.00 with an insurer. All hirers must provide a certificate of currency (public liability) statement as proof of cover before an event is allowed to proceed. A copy of this document must be forwarded to Rowville Performing Arts Centre together with a signed copy of the Hire Contract.
